Job Description: Responsible for providing high-quality customer service support, working closely with the Centre Management team, situated in the Information Desk, first point of contact for visitors and resolving customer enquiries, also liaising with on-site retailers and co-ordinating promotional campaigns.
 
The role requires excellent customer service and team leadership skills. Microsoft Office skills essential and an innovative, logical and highly professional manner. Must be proactive and common sense is a must!

Hours: 30 hours worked within 7 days.
